How It Works

Vehicle Ownership & Third-Party Service Requests

You may request service for a vehicle you do not personally own, provided you have permission from the vehicle owner or other person legally authorized to approve the requested service.

The individual requesting service is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and identifying the person authorized to approve diagnostic or repair work.

Payment Responsibility: The individual or business agreeing to pay for services is responsible for the charges they expressly authorize. Vehicle ownership alone does not automatically establish responsibility for payment. A third-party payment does not automatically authorize additional repairs or create responsibility for future charges.

Service Authorization: Your WrenchTech reserves the right to verify vehicle ownership, authorization, and payment arrangements before performing any diagnostic, inspection, or repair services. Additional work requires appropriate customer authorization and approval of applicable charges.

Diagnostic Booking & Cancellation Policy

Diagnostic appointments require full payment at the time of booking. All appointment requests are subject to technician availability and confirmation by Your WrenchTech.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty at least 24 hours before their confirmed appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75, with any remaining prepaid amount refunded.

If Your WrenchTech is unable to accommodate the appointment, customers may choose an alternative appointment time or receive a full refund.

Appointment arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, prior repairs, diagnostic complexity, or other unforeseen delays.

Repair Estimate Requests: Requests for repair or maintenance estimates are free to submit. No repair is authorized or scheduled until the customer approves the estimate and any required deposit arrangements.
